Commercial information — opening in preparation

Real payments are not open. This page describes commercial preparation, not final sales terms accepted by a customer. The 14-day free trial on eligible plans and existing licenses are not removed.

Plans and prices

Approved monthly prices are €149, €449, €1,290 and €3,490 excluding tax, depending on the plan. Quotas and seats are shown on the plans page. Applicable taxes and the total amount must be stated before a paid commitment. Enterprise/OEM and pilot offerings require separate scoping.

Prepared cancellation principle

For future monthly subscriptions, the approved principle is cancellation at the end of the paid period without automatic proration. Plan and quantity changes remain assisted. This principle must appear in final terms before payment and does not restrict mandatory rights that may apply. Account deletion does not replace subscription cancellation.

Before paid opening

The seller, customer scope, taxes and final ordering, service, renewal, cancellation, refund and redress terms will be validated and presented before subscription. No real charge should be used as a functionality test. Payment and access activation must be verified in TEST mode before LIVE enablement.
